Grilled Yellow Summer Squash

4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or pattypan squash (about 1 lb. total)
1 tsp. margarine, melted
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. crushed dried

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Mix together margarine, lemon juice and rosemary and brush over squash halves. Grill over medium-hot coals, 4-6 inches from the source of heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender when pierced. Makes 4 servings.
